The staff at ACS Title & Closing Services is willing and able to help you with almost any aspect of your real estate closing. Our goal is assist you in any way and in a timely fashion.
CLOSING AND ESCROW SERVICES
We pride ourselves on taking care of our clients and making sure that their individual closing goes as smoothly as is possible. It is our job to answer your questions, retrieve and coordinate information and deal with your lender, real estate agent, insurance agent and the buyer/seller to make this experience as stress free as it can be.
ACS Title will perform the title examination, order surveys, obtain payoffs, prepare any documents that are needed, prepare the closing statement, conduct the closing, disburse funds, transmit payoffs, record documents and issue the final title insurance policy.
DOCUMENT RETRIEVAL SERVICES
ACS Title will be happy to obtain any documents that you might want in conjunction with your transaction: tax appraisal cards, Auditor's appraisal cards, plat maps, previously recorded deeds or other legal documents as are needed.
